L’evolution du periubain de la ville de Iasi par rapport a sa favorabilite pour les constructions

ABSTRACT. The evolution of the periurban areas of Iasi city in rapport with suitability for buildings. Based on two indicators, the paper analyzes the evolution of the builted areas in Iasi’s periurban territory. The correlation with the functionality and the population’s socio-demographical structure leads to the identification of the factors structuring the dynamics of the urban extend after 1990.It also helps to establish a typology of the periurban areas.
